Spare Time Is Money started in 2024 with a simple frustration: why is it so hard to know if you're getting a good deal?
I'd buy something on Amazon, then see the same item for 30% less on eBay. I'd fill my grocery cart, then realize I could've saved $50 by checking the weekly ads. I'd pay full price for auto parts when they were on clearance at another store.
So I started building tools to fix this - first for myself, then for friends and family, and now for everyone.
